The last Spanish general election on 10th November 2019 are remarkable due to the outstanding results of the emerging Spanish political party VOX. VOX's votes specially took off in the Region of Murcia, taking the most seats provided by this Autonomous Community to the Spanish Parliament.
This research aims to explore this political party in the Region of Murcia comparing VOX's discourse with their voters' discourse and thoughts through the hypothesis-generating case study method. To do so, we analysed VOX's discourse in the Region of Murcia following Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) methods. Lastly, we compared that analysis with VOX's voters' discourse and thoughts, which were collected by means of group discussions. Results confirm a resemblance between VOX's leaders and their voters' discourse in Murcia. Keywords: VOX; discourse; Region of Murcia; far-right wing; elites and mass.

ilustraciones, tablas ; Este trabajo busca establecer el efecto de la variación del impuesto al precio del tabaco sobre la financiación del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud colombiano, considerando el mercado ilegal de cigarrillos y los efectos en el consumo. Teniendo como referencia a Schafferer et al (2018), y usando información de los periodos 2017 a 2019, sobre consumo de cigarrillos y precios tanto del mercado legal como ilegal, se estima un modelo de panel de datos a nivel departamental a partir del cual se establecen diferentes escenarios de incrementos en el precio de cigarrillos y se analiza su impacto en términos de recaudo fiscal. Los resultados evidencian que el incremento del impuesto al tabaco en el país genera aumento en el consumo ilícito de estos productos, lo cual impacta negativamente los objetivos de salud pública de reducir el consumo de tabaco, e impacta el recaudo fiscal del impuesto puesto que se deja de percibir ingreso fiscal debido al mercado ilegal. (Texto tomado de la fuente) ; This work seeks to establish the effect of the variation of the tobacco excise tax on the financing of the Colombian General Social Security System in Health, considering the illegal cigarette market and the effects on consumption. Following Schafferer et al (2018), and using information from the periods 2017 to 2019, on cigarette consumption and prices in both the legal and illegal market, a data panel model is estimated at the departmental level from which different scenarios of cigarettes price increases and their impact is analyzed in terms of tax collection. The results show that the increase in the tobacco tax in the country increases the illicit consumption of these products, which negatively impacts the public health objectives of reducing tobacco consumption and impacts the tax collection of the tax since it is no longer received tax revenue due to the illegal market. Knowing the evolution of cultural relations between Spain and Mexico throughout the nineteenth century is necessary and essential to understand their political, diplomatic and historical development. Also, it was key in processes of hispanophobia, hispanophilia, imaginary and representations arisen on each side of the Atlantic. Attempts of rupture and periods of ignorance that would lead to a progressive approach and a common goal: to strengthen ties. ; Conocer la evolución de las relaciones culturales entre España y México a lo largo del siglo XIX resulta necesario e imprescindible para comprender su devenir político, diplomático e histórico. Así mismo, fue clave en procesos de hispanofobia, hispanofilia, imaginarios y representaciones surgidas a cada lado del Atlántico. Intentos de ruptura y periodos de desconocimiento que desembocarían en un progresivo acercamiento y un objetivo común: estrechar lazos.

La interacción de un sistema espacial con su ambiente es una consideración importante en el diseño de cualquier sistema espacial, ya que existen una gran variedad de peligros que se asocian a la operación de un sistema en el ambiente hostil del espacio. El ambiente espacial tiene una estructura compleja y dinámica. Existe una gran cantidad de procesos físicos como: partículas cargadas, plasmas, campos eléctricos y magnéticos, radiación solar, meteoros, etc. cada uno pueden causar daños profundos a un sistema espacial, deteriorando su funcionamiento y reduciendo su tiempo de vida. Las interacciones entre un sistema espacial y su ambiente pueden causar modificaciones al ambiente natural, dando lugar a los ambientes locales que alternadamente afectan el comportamiento del sistema [1]. Las numerosas anomalías operacionales y las fallas en sistemas espaciales se han reportado desde los principios de la edad espacial, un número significativo de las cuales fueron atribuidos a los efectos de la radiación en sistemas electrónicos. Las teorías del daño de la radiación en materiales semiconductores se presentaron en los años de los 50's, pues era una necesidad urgente entender por que los dispositivos semiconductores usados en el espacio y el equipo militar presentaban un mal funcionamiento después de la exposición al ambiente del espacio o a las explosiones nucleares. Un caso particular de la radiación fue postulada por primera vez por Wallmark y Marcus en 1962 [2]. Ésta era la posibilidad de "sus esos aislados" o "single events effects" (SEE), donde una sola partícula cargada de energía causa una alteración en el estado lógico en un nodo sensible del dispositivo. Las primeras anomalías en los satélites reales fueron divulgadas por Binder et al. en 1975 [3]. Existen dos tipos de mecanismos físicos producidos por la radiación que pueden afectar a los materiales de los dispositivos electrónicos: ionizantes, el daño se debe principalmente a la liberación de carga, y no ionizantes o por desplazamiento, el daño se produce al ser arrancados átomos de la red cristalina. Ambos mecanismos no son excluyentes y pueden suceder de forma simultánea. Por ejemplo, un protón puede chocar con los átomos de un material creando defectos cristalinos y, al mismo tiempo, crear un exceso de carga libre al arrancar electrones a lo largo de su trayectoria.

Abstract In the book Building and Dwelling. Ethics for the City (2019), Richard Sennett recounted how, when talking about the city with Jane Jacobs, the influential North American journalist, author, theorist, and activist posed the suggestive question: "So what would you do?". A question aimed at making one think about how to coordinate the different concepts of the ville, understood as the physical materiality of what is urban, and the cité, what we take to be the perceptions, behaviors, and beliefs of urban inhabitants. The question sought to investigate the possibilities of establishing the direct relationship between the material form of the urban environment and the aspects related to the social—to the polis, such as citizenship, justice, cohesion, or living well. Besides this, it also served to consider what approaches to take in terms of spatiality, materiality, layouts, or infrastructure and thus model an urban environment capable of producing a better cité. Richard Sennett, in this new text, attempts to offer answers to Jacobs' question, with the help to the cooperation between the disciplines of architecture and urban planning, presented by researcher Pablo Sendra. A contribution that complements sociological and political dimensions with the pragmatism of revealing particular resources from urban planning, such as open and flexible infrastructures, capable of providing a solution to this desired synergy between ville and cité. The synchronicity of the theoretical discourse and the project's material reality, together with its materialization in the urban experiments analyzed, are the two most interesting and remarkable values of the book. Los grandes cambios que experimentaron los espacios de la liturgia católica durante buena parte del siglo XX estuvieron ligados a las transformaciones que se dieron paralelamente en los espacios de representación del teatro occidental. La correlación de los cambios tuvo que ver con cómo cada uno de los dos ámbitos entendía su propio origen, y con el papel identitario que le concedió. Esas alteraciones en la espacialidad de la liturgia y del teatro tienen mucho en común, pero lo que caracteriza esas similitudes es que se pueden interpretar como "profanaciones", en el sentido que le da Giorgio Agamben al término. La profanación neutralizaría las separaciones base de las antiguas organizaciones espaciales, propiciando el desplazamiento de las funciones. En todo ello, se puede detectar una creciente apropiación del espacio por parte de los participantes -incluidos público y fieles- y una cierta exaltación del movimiento de sus cuerpos en ese espacio, con claras implicaciones políticas. The purpose of this paper is to show that while the inclusion of the profane into the traditional spaces of the liturgy took place, the concept of sacral transcended the limits of tern pies several decades ago during a process that has been speeding up nowadays when society is moving from analogic to digital.
